"This was our 2nd Tripoppo tour and they did it again by assigning us another 5-star tour guide. Fei was with us for the entire 16 days and he was so well organized, professional, and went above and beyond taking care of our group of 22. I loved his historical stories on the bus, his humor and calmness when sudden changes to the itinerary were necessary. He made the trip absolutely amazing!
My only reason for not giving my review a 5-star was because of the accommodations. Two of the hotels were really old and run down while the others were spectacular. Also, the cruise ship looked like it was built from the 80’s with no updates. The Beijing hotel had moldy bathroom tiles and water leaked everywhere from the shower stall. Coming back to a beautiful room after a long day on your feet really adds to a great experience."

The Forbidden City and Great Wall were the highlights for us. The trip was very well organized, but I wish we had more time to explore the local markets."

"Our 16-day tour of China was an incredible cultural experience. We loved the tea ceremonies in Hangzhou and the traditional dumpling banquet in Xian. The guides were friendly and had excellent English. The only downside was that the flight delays caused us to miss some sightseeing time."

Amazingly organized and produced, TripOppo pulled out all the stops for the recent China Panorama ?? tour.
We were a small group and were thoughtfully treated according to our particular needs.
From the moment of departure until landing back in Toronto, the support was total.
Our guides were professionaly expert sources of support, knowledge and planning. The tour helped us navigate China's 2200 year history and the current realities of the countriy's 1.4 billion people in a surprisingly accessible way.
There was never a sense that our guides were holding back or unable to share their personal experience as Chinese citizens.
Our China Panorama trip director was, as were the 4 local guides, university-trained specifically for this work. They each majored in English and Tour Management. (I sort of wish I could enroll in this course myself!)
I'm trying to think of some aspect of the tour that was lacking. Nothing actually comes to mind. Except that it came to an end far too quickly.

We found the staff of TripOppo very courteous in providing sufficient information about the trip and helpful in applying the group China Visa for us. On April 18 when we arrived Shanghai Pudong Int'l Airport before midnight, we were greeted and well recieved to head to the hotel where Fei, the Tour Guide, personally met us at the lobby for a speedy check-in. In the cities of Shanghai, HangZhou and SuZhou, we found Fei very knowledegable, professional and caring, who introduced the places we went with detailed history and current developments. He helped with booking an optional tour in Beijing for us. We also enjoyed the Yangzhigan River Cruise a lot. The staff on the Cruise were very kind and pleasing. They worked as a team in synergy effectively to make us feel at home and relaxing. There were different tour guides to lead us in various optional tours and all were quality customer service providers. Hotels and eateries were satisfactory. Our trip was well planned, arranged and managed for shows, foods, and transportation timely in different cities. Our group members were also kind and co-operative. We appreciate TripOppo for services and arrangements for our trip. We surely will refer TripOppo to our friends to join the trips of TripOppo they like. The only comment is perhaps Chengdu was sadly not being included in itinerary."

"Our trip to China with TripOppo exceeded all expectations. The guides were exceptional, especially Mr. Wei in Xian, who shared fascinating stories about the Terracotta Warriors. The itinerary was well-paced, and every city offered unique experiences. The Yangtze River cruise was breathtaking, and the food onboard was delicious. The only suggestion I’d make is to include more free time in the larger cities like Beijing and Shanghai."
